PROJECT MANAGER (POLICY ADVISORS)

Under general supervision, supports the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of departmental and cross-departmental projects. This role serves as a policy advisor supporting the Department's Health in All Policies (HiAP) function, providing policy expertise and analytic support to embed health and equity considerations across City of Detroit programs and decisions. The Policy Advisor conducts and coordinates health impact assessments and other policy analyses, and works directly with the Chief Public Health Officer and other principals across the department on key priorities. This role requires strong organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.The Policy Advisor wil lensure projects are delivered on time,within scope,and aligned with organizational goals.

Minimum Qualifications
Experience in health policy, Health in All Policies, health impact assessment, or cross-sector policy analysis is strongly preferred.
Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be substituted to meet the education and experience requirements of this position.
