Job Details

Project Manager – Plumbing (Multifamily)
Location: Corona, CA (Onsite – Monday-Friday)

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Project Manager to lead and deliver multifamily plumbing projects ranging from $1.5M to $20M. This role is fully onsite in Corona, CA, working closely with field leadership, ownership, vendors, and clients to ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on Project Manager who understands the nuances of multifamily plumbing systems and thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage plumbing projects from preconstruction through closeout, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and turnover
Oversee multifamily projects such as garden‑style, wrap, and podium apartments
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules of values, and cost tracking
Prepare, review, and negotiate change orders
Coordinate with field supervisors, foremen, subcontractors, inspectors, and vendors
Review and process submittals, RFIs, and project documentation
Ensure materials and equipment are procured and delivered in line with project schedules
Lead project meetings with owners, general contractors, and internal teams
Ensure work is performed in compliance with contract documents, codes, and safety standards


Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager within the plumbing or mechanical construction industry
Strong multifamily project experience required
Proven ability to manage projects in the $1.5M–$20M range
Solid understanding of plumbing systems, construction sequencing, and cost controls
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Proficient with common construction management tools and software


Compensation

$100,000 - $140,000 base salary (commensurate with experience)
