Overview: Manages multiple mid-to-high complexity IT projects, ensuring delivery across scope, schedule, budget, and quality. Acts as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders while driving projects from planning through execution and completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project management (scope, timeline, budget, risks, resources)
Manage multiple concurrent projects
Maintain schedules, provide weekly updates, and communicate status to stakeholders
Partner with architecture, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and DevOps teams to ensure solutions are feasible and aligned
Support business analysis functions (requirements gathering, testing, process/data documentation)
Identify and resolve technical and business issues proactively
Manage budgets, priorities, and stakeholder expectations
Participate in vendor/software contract negotiations
Key Requirements:
7+ years of project management experience
Background in IT or financial services environments
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, SAFe, or hybrid methodologies
Strong understanding of technical infrastructure and systems projects
