Sr. Project ManagerPartial remote, local travel to different sitesRequired level of education and preferred level of education: BA/BS required, Master's preferred.How many years of related experience are you looking for in your ideal candidate? Specific systems knowledge required:Certifications needed:PMP or other PM related certification preferredTop daily responsibilities:Sr. Project Manager will assist by organizing effort to drive the lifecycle planning and replacement of clinical barcode scanning devices for inpatient and outpatient care spaces.This position will oversee and manage the program, which will largely be delivered by a 3rd party vendor under a purchase/extended warranty (medical device as a service) agreement.The initial focus will be for the Southern California (SCAL) Market, with possibility for expansion across all client markets.Sr. Project Manager will partner with Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) leadership, Sourcing, Patient Care Services (Nursing), and other key stakeholders to build and execute this initiative.Top (3) required skills candidate should have:Experience working with cross functional teams to implement new large scale business initiatives and strategies.Experience managing overall program planning, crafting executive communication, enterprise stakeholder engagement, program coordination and change management.Ability to work independently and with ambiguity to manage a large group of enterprise stakeholders to execute on highly visibility and high impact projects.Proven ability to determine key business issues and develop effective action plans from multi-disciplinary perspectives.Desired skills:Excellent leadership, project management, and consulting skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.Skilled at stakeholder management.Soft skills:CommunicationTeamworkSelf-motivationFlexibilityNegotiation and conflict resolution**Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.****Please note that all position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements.**
