Project Manager - Product & Technology (Onsite)
Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL
Work Schedule: Onsite 5 days per week
Rate: $55-63/hr
Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Project Manager with strong product delivery experience to lead a high‑profile technology initiative focused on consolidating an enterprise ServiceNow portal ("NEE4U"). This role is not a traditional PM-we need someone who can operate at the intersection of Project Management, Product Delivery, and User Experience, while confidently holding both delivery teams and the Product Owner accountable.
This role will work closely with the PMO and cross‑functional IT, HR, and vendor teams to successfully launch a unified, intuitive portal that improves the end‑user experience across the organization.
What You'll Do
Drive end‑to‑end delivery of a technology‑focused product initiative, from planning through release
Partner closely with the Product Owner while providing healthy pushback, guidance, and accountability to ensure scope, priorities, and timelines stay on track
Manage hybrid Agile / Waterfall delivery, adapting methods as needed to meet release goals
Own delivery execution including:
Tracking timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Managing Jira tickets, backlogs, and outstanding dependencies
Monitoring team‑level commitments and progress
Oversee and coordinate a blended delivery team consisting of:
4-5 internal core team members
Third‑party vendor teams
Ensure all components tied to each product release are aligned, including testing, change management, communications, and readiness
Collaborate across IT and HR stakeholders to deliver a centralized, user‑friendly portal experience
Step in where needed - this is a "roll‑up‑your‑sleeves" role focused on getting the product successfully launched
