Description

  • Manage multiple customer packaging projects from initial briefing through tooling, production, and launch
  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers, sales, engineering, quality, sourcing, and global manufacturing teams
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and risk assessments
  • Coordinate sample development, approvals, qualifications, and change management
  • Track project costs, tooling investments, and margin considerations
  • Proactively identify risks related to timing, quality, or feasibility and drive corrective actions
  • Ensure projects comply with customer standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality processes
  • Prepare and deliver clear project updates to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in project execution and communication

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • 3-7+ years of project management experience, preferably in packaging, cosmetics, consumer goods, or manufacturing
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional and international teams
  • Strong understanding of product development cycles, tooling, and manufacturing processes
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with PLM, ERP, or project management tools is a plus
  • Willingness to work across time zones and support global teams
