Our client is seeking a polished Project Manager to lead and support the delivery of commercial interior fit-outs within Class A office buildings. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple stakeholders, oversee project execution, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Our client is a boutique Owner's Representative firm who partner's closely with institutional owners, developers, and corporate tenants to manage complex projects from concept through completion-ensuring design excellence, cost control, and seamless execution.
Description
Project Management & Execution
- Manage all phases of commercial interior projects, from pre-construction through closeout
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reporting tools
- Oversee design development, construction documentation, procurement, and construction activities
- Track project progress and proactively identify and resolve risks or issues
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment
- Coordinate with landlords, tenants, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors
- Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Represent owner interests in all decision-making processes
Financial Oversight
- Develop and manage project budgets, including cost estimates and cash flow projections
- Review and approve invoices, change orders, and contractor pay applications
- Monitor project financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed
Construction Oversight
- Oversee general contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality and adherence to plans
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, safety, and compliance
- Review RFIs, submittals, and change orders with the project team
- Ensure projects meet Class A building standards and client expectations
Quality & Closeout
- Lead punch list and project closeout processes
- Ensure proper documentation, commissioning, and handover
- Maintain a high standard of design and execution throughout all phases

Profile
Required
- 5-10+ years of experience in project management within commercial interiors, tenant improvements, or corporate workplace environments
- Experience working in or with Class A office buildings
- Strong understanding of construction processes, design coordination, and project delivery methods
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
- Experience in an Owner's Rep, PM firm, or client-side role
- Familiarity with Philadelphia (or local) market dynamics and building standards
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam)
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
