The position involves consulting partners from conception including feasibility, design, preconstruction, contractor selection, construction stage management, and through completion and turnover. This person will work collaboratively within a team setting in order to exceed client expectations. The group is comprised of experienced construction professionals with years of combined experience servicing and delivering for clients in the aforementioned market sectors. Coming from the general construction space allows them a unique set of experiences and skill sets to deliver optimal construction consultation for customers. They should have 8+ years of construction experience - ideally with a General Contractor. Proven experience in management of cradle-to-grave construction process is required. Estimating/Preconstruction experience is also necessary. Prior public, K-12/education, multifamily, or commercial construction project experience is preferred. The candidate should be able to work closely within a team setting and have the potential to grow into leadership roles.
