As a Project Manager at TAI, you will serve as the central lead for complex construction projects, driving them from conceptual estimation through to final delivery. Responsibilities:
Performs job in accordance with Company mission, vision, and goal. Oversees and manages all aspects of their assigned projects(s). Ability, at times, to simultaneously manage several projects at one time given the scale and complexity. Manages the project team members, providing guidance and leadership to ensure project remains on schedule and budget. Assists with developing and maintaining project budgets and accounting, project schedules, project related documentation. Develops, maintains, and improves strong relationships with our clients and subcontractors. Assists in the development of estimates, from conceptual through hard bid estimate levels. Collaborates with architects and design team to develop the best overall product for our customers. Collaborates with vendors and subcontractors during bidding, estimating and procurement project phases. Supports, as needed, management in business development, bid management, and other essential operations in the firm.
