Project Manager - OPM Firm - Academic ProjectsThe Project Manager - OPM Firm - Academic Projects will:Manage multiple small-to-mid-size renovation and development projects simultaneously in the Boston area.Act as a primary client interface, ensuring clear communication, responsiveness, and relationship building.Facilitate project coordination from conceptual design through construction and closeout.Lead meetings, document discussions, and distribute detailed follow-ups promptly.Collaborate with architects, consultants, and internal stakeholders to drive project success.Maintain strict attention to schedule, budget, and overall project execution.Contribute to the growth of the Boston office through high-quality project delivery and client satisfaction.Support senior leadership (SPM and Partners) on strategic project initiatives.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
