This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, andcloseout.** **·** **Work directly with clients to prepare allelements of the project. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.** **·** **Impact a range of customer, operational,project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.** **·** **Work within broad guidelines and policies.** **·** **Explain difficult or sensitive information.** What You'll Need: · Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCMdesignation(s) preferred. · Ability to exercise judgment based on theanalysis of multiple sources of information. · Willingness to take a new perspective onexisting solutions. · In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Officeproducts. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. · Organizational skills with an advancedinquisitive mindset. · Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complexfigures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-relatedcalculations. · Construction Management, building management systems and HVACexperience preferred. CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $94,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $98,000 annually.
