They are responsible for the management ofprojects from initiation through completion.** **Focus is on BuildingManagement deployment.** **What You'll Do:** **·** **Manage all areas of project management for singular real estateprojects. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, andcloseout.** **·** **Work directly with clients to prepare allelements of the project. This includes the scope of work, project deliveryresource requirements, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control,and risk identification.** **·** **Define the project delivery resources from internal teams.** **·** **Implement project documentation governancethat is aligned with company and client requirements.** **·** **Ensure project data integrity anddocumentation is accurate, timely, and coordinated.** **·** **Direct the project delivery team by providingguidance and direction to achieve goals.** **·** **Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule.Track the progress of each project and report status and variances.** **·** **Demonstrate ability to identify project threats and develop riskmitigation and contingency plans. Implement action plans to reduce or eliminateproject risks.** **·** **Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles andtechniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovativesolutions.** **·** **Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job disciplineand broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.** **·** **Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRERISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.** **·** **Impact a range of customer, operational,project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.** **·** **Work within broad guidelines and policies.** **·** **Explain difficult or sensitive information.** What You'll Need: · Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCMdesignation(s) preferred. · Ability to exercise judgment based on theanalysis of multiple sources of information. · Willingness to take a new perspective onexisting solutions. · In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Officeproducts. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. · Organizational skills with an advancedinquisitive mindset. · Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complexfigures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-relatedcalculations. · Construction Management, building management systems and HVACexperience preferred. CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $94,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $98,000 annually.
