Responsibilities

• Lead projects from planning through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality goals are met.
• 
  
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
• 
  
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• 
  
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and communicate project updates throughout the project lifecycle.
• 
  
• Build strong customer relationships while driving continuous improvement and project success.
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• 2+ years of project management experience (level determined by experience).
• 
  
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• 
  
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and multiple priorities.
• 
  
• Ability to work collaboratively with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• 
  
• Manufacturing, engineering, automation, or industrial project experience is a plus.
• 
  
• PMP certification is a plus but not required.
•
