QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proven experience in construction management or project management within the commercial sector.
  • Proficiency in estimating and scheduling tools such as Stack Construction Technologies, HeavyBid, Civil 3D, Primavera P6, Bluebeam or similar software.
  • Strong understanding of blueprint reading, contracts, and commercial construction operations.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills.
    Self-motivated with the ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities effectively
