An award-winning U.S. design firm that provides architecture, planning, and interior design services focused on complex, community-oriented projects and mass-timber innovation across diverse building types is seeking a Project Manager to help deliver exceptional multi-family residential projects from concept through construction. In this role, you will work closely with their Studio Director to lead project teams, coordinate consultants, and ensure high-quality project delivery at their downtown Oakland office.
Your Day Includes
Leading project teams through schematic design, construction documents, and construction administration
Managing project schedules, budgets, billings, and additional service requests
Reviewing and redlining drawings and specifications for quality and accuracy
Coordinating consultants, internal design teams, and Quality Control staff
Mentoring and supporting documentation team members throughout project delivery
Must Haves
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required; California Architect license preferred
Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience on multi-family projects with Type I and Type V construction knowledge
Proficiency in Revit
