Job Summary

Job Description

Lead and manage multiple customer and sales projects end‑to‑end, ensuring adherence to timelines, milestones, and scope through disciplined planning, execution, and reporting. Provide regular, concise updates to key stakeholders, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery.

Serve as the primary point of accountability for assigned initiatives, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to define requirements, coordinate testing and validation, secure approvals, and drive final implementation.

Direct M&A diligence and integration efforts on behalf of the Commercial Organization, collaborating cross‑functionally to assess impacts, align stakeholders, and support seamless execution post‑close.

Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders by providing transparent communication, anticipating needs, and ensuring alignment between project outcomes and business objectives.

Partner closely with cross‑functional teams across Medline to support the execution of customer and sales initiatives, resolve day‑to‑day issues, and remove obstacles that impact delivery.

Identify and lead process improvement opportunities within the sales structure, applying Lean principles to drive efficiency, scalability, and best‑in‑class solutions aligned to customer and sales needs.

Contribute to the maturity of the project management function and team by collaborating with PM peers and leadership to recommend process improvements, support onboarding, and training of new team members to help develop high‑performing Project Managers in a fast‑paced environment.

Periodic local or regional travel, primarily tied to key presentations, major project launches, or leadership meetings.



Required Experience:

Bachelor's Degree

3-5 years of project management or consulting experience.


Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders

Skilled time management such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.

Excellent organization skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Demonstrated problem solving skills with experience assessing and initiating actions independently.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)


Preferred Experience:

Healthcare Industry

Customer facing project management

Certification / Licensure: PMP, Six Sigma Lean Certification, Change Management

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$79,000.00 - $119,000.00 Annual

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
