Description
Manage large-scale residential and mixed-use projects.
Oversee project planning and execution.
Assist with budgeting and cost controls.
Coordinate consultants and design teams.
Negotiate subcontractor agreements.
Manage project schedules.
Track construction progress and reporting.
Review project documents and drawings.
Lead client and stakeholder meetings.
Ensure compliance with local building requirements.
Support project closeout documentation.
Profile
5+ years of multifamily construction experience.
Experience managing projects exceeding $20M.
Excellent organizational abilities.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
