Description
- Lead and manage industrial manufacturing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, quality, procurement, and operations.
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to meet business objectives.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, issues, and schedule delays.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, customers, vendors, and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Oversee equipment installations, process improvements, facility upgrades, and capital projects.
- Track project costs and financial performance, providing regular status reports to leadership.
- Facilitate meetings, communicate project milestones, and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

- Proven experience managing manufacturing, industrial, construction, or capital improvement projects from planning through completion.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive project success.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating project risks.
- Experience overseeing equipment installations, production improvements, process optimization, or facility-related projects.
- Knowledge of manufacturing operations, safety regulations, quality standards, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency with project management tools, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Results-driven professional with a track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality expectations.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management training is considered an asset.
