Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of low-voltage construction and technology infrastructure projects throughout New York City's five boroughs. This position will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, financial oversight, client communication, and project closeout.

The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for customers while coordinating closely with internal operations, field leadership, vendors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining strong client relationships throughout the process.

Key responsibilities include managing project schedules, budgets, forecasting, procurement activities, contract administration, change orders, project reporting, and overall financial performance. The role requires an individual who can effectively balance operational execution with strategic project management responsibilities while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and profitability.

Projects may involve a variety of technology and communications infrastructure systems, including structured cabling, fiber optics, network infrastructure, security systems, access control, CCTV, data center technologies, and related low-voltage systems. The Project Manager will oversee multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality standards, project milestones, and client expectations are consistently achieved.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in low-voltage construction project management, demonstrated experience managing commercial projects, expertise in project financials and change order management, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients, vendors, and project teams. Candidates should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities across active project portfolios.
