Around 20 systems are being converted into Hyland OnBase with Epic integration planned for a November 2026 go-live.
The selected candidate will primarily manage:- Document conversion activities
- Vendor coordination
- Resource management
- Project tracking and execution
- Leadership reporting
- Due diligence activities for future conversion waves
- The role is highly operational and coordination-focused rather than deeply technical. The manager emphasized needing someone:

- Experienced in document conversion environments
- Strong with stakeholder communication
The candidate will run recurring project calls, monitor progress, coordinate multiple vendors, update project plans, and support ongoing conversion activities while simultaneously initiating planning for future waves.
