Description

• Overall project planning and execution
• Budget management and forecasting
• Contract and subcontractor administration
• Change order management
• Project scheduling and milestone tracking
• Coordination with architects, engineers, owners, and municipalities
• Risk management and issue resolution
• Reporting to company leadership

Profile

A successful Project Manager - Multifamily should have:

• 5+ years of project management experience in multifamily or commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
