Description
* Lead project execution from mobilisation through closeout
* Manage budgets, pay applications, cost reports, and forecasting
* Use Procore to control documentation and financials
* Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and field teams
* Report directly to a dedicated Project Executive
Profile
* Proven Project Manager experience with Florida GCs or developers
* Strong Procore and financial management capability
* Multifamily or hospitality project background preferred
* Degree preferred but not required
* Strong cultural fit and long-term career mindset
Job Offer
* Salary up to $150,000, fully negotiable
