General Contractor Project ManagerOur client is a leading General Contractor specializing in high-end multifamily and mixed-use construction across the Chicagoland market. With a strong presence in the O'Hare / Rosemont submarket, they deliver luxury residential, podium-style, and mid- to high-rise developments for well-capitalized developers.They are known for repeat partnerships, negotiated work, and a consistent pipeline of projects, offering both stability and the opportunity to work on highly visible developments in one of the most active submarkets outside of downtown.Job DescriptionOur Project Manager will:Manage luxury multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through completionLead subcontractor buyout, scope alignment, and contract executionDevelop and maintain detailed project schedules in coordination with field teamsOversee project financials including budgeting, forecasting, and cost controlManage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and all project documentationCoordinate with Superintendents on vertical construction sequencing and executionInterface directly with developers and ownership groupsEnsure quality standards are met, particularly in unit finishes and amenity spacesIdentify and mitigate risks to maintain schedule and budget performanceSupport and mentor APMs or junior staffMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
