About the Position

The company is seeking either an experienced Assistant Project Manager or a Project Manager to join the team for an upcoming large-scale multi-family project. This is a critical hire, with an immediate start preferred to support preconstruction and early project mobilization efforts.

This role will report directly to a Senior Project Manager and play a key role in the successful delivery of a large 300+ unit project. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 2–6+ years of experience in construction project management (flexible based on level)
  • Experience supporting or managing multifamily, commercial, or large-scale construction projects preferred
  • Willingness to work under the direction of a senior Project Manager
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with construction documentation, scheduling, and budgeting processes
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
