They are seeking a Project Manager to help lead these efforts and support continued expansion.The organization is also known for its strong training and development programs, offering clear career progression and the resources needed to grow into senior leadership roles.DescriptionThe Project Manager will be responsible for:Leading project execution while maintaining a strong focus on safety across all teams and job sitesEnsuring compliance with company safety policies and regulatory requirementsManaging subcontractor procurement, including bid package development and scope evaluationLeading subcontractor meetings to align on schedule, quality, and project milestonesOverseeing daily project operations to ensure alignment with schedule, budget, and performance goalsReviewing and approving monthly invoices and supporting documentationManaging project financials, including cost tracking, forecasting, and budget adjustmentsMonitoring project performance and identifying risks or cost impacts earlySupporting subcontractor negotiations while maintaining strong working relationshipsCoordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and internal teams to ensure effective communicationDeveloping and maintaining project schedules, including sequencing and adjustments as neededOverseeing quality control to ensure work meets project specifications and company standardsManaging procurement of materials, equipment, and long-lead itemsPreparing project updates and reports for internal leadership and stakeholdersSupporting project closeout, including punch list completion and final documentationMentoring and developing assistant project managers, project engineers, and field staffEnsuring compliance with contract requirements and local regulationsProfileThe Project Manager will have:Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)5-10+ years of project management experience with a general contractorExperience managing projects from preconstruction through closeoutStrong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and safety standardsAbility to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contractsExperience managing project budgets, cost controls, and financial reportingProficiency with tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or PrimaveraStrong communication and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience with subcontractor procurement and contract negotiationsUnderstanding of scheduling and critical path sequencingStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to proactively identify and mitigate project risksValid driver's licenseJob OfferThe Project Manager will be offered:$110,000 - $130,000 base salary depending on experienceBonus structure typically ranging from $9,000 - $15,000 in year oneMedical, dental, and vision insurance (100% coverage for employee and dependents)401(k) with strong company contributionMonthly car allowance starting at $600Company profit sharingClear career advancement opportunitiesStructured training and development programs20 days PTO with flexibility for additional timeCompany events and team outingsCompany phone and laptopCommitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiativesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
