Their collaborative culture and commitment to employee growth make them an employer of choice within the construction industry.Job DescriptionManage multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through final turnover. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts. Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and performance. Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, and field teams. Monitor project costs and proactively manage financial performance. Review drawings, specifications, and change orders. Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards. Identify project risks and implement solutions to maintain schedule and budget objectives. Proven experience managing ground-up multifamily projects. Strong understanding of construction contracts, budgeting, scheduling, and cost controls. Experience with project management software and scheduling tools. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
