Known for blending construction expertise with development insight, they bring a unique, fully integrated approach that ensures projects are delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and with a strong emphasis on design and livability.Job DescriptionManage all phases of multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through final deliveryDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts to ensure successful executionCoordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, architects, and consultantsOversee contract administration, including subcontracts, change orders, and procurementLead project meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholdersIdentify risks and implement proactive solutions to maintain schedule and budgetEnsure quality control and compliance with project specifications and safety standardsMonitor subcontractor performance and manage site coordination in partnership with superintendentsReview and approve project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and pay applicationsDrive value engineering efforts and cost-saving initiativesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
