We are partnered with a leading New England general contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multifamily construction projects across Greater Boston. Description
Responsibilities
- Manage full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout
- Partner closely with Lead Superintendent on daily execution and planning
- Oversee subcontractor coordination, compliance, and contract management
- Lead buyout process, scope development, and subcontractor negotiations
- Manage budgets, cost control, forecasting, and project profitability
- Oversee document control, submittals, RFIs, and procurement tracking
- Lead change order process from pricing through execution
- Maintain strong communication with owners, architects, and project stakeholders

Profile
A Successful Project Manager should have:
- 5+ years of construction Project Management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
- Experience with ground-up, wood-frame multifamily construction projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project timelines
- Proven experience with budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management
