This Project Manager will play a key role delivering multifamily and commercial projects across the Northeat, working closely with senior leadership and field teams.Client DetailsMy client is a privately held general contractor with nearly three decades of experience delivering new construction and renovation projects ranging from $1M-$15M. Headquartered in the North Shore of Massachusetts, they operate with a lean, tight-knit team and have built a reputation for quality execution across multifamily, hospitality, retail, corporate, and mixed-use sectors. The firm has a strong and growing backlog heading into 2026, with hundreds of residential units already under contract. Client details will be shared during the interview process.DescriptionManage multifamily projects (and select commercial projects) from preconstruction through closeout.Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, and cost reporting.Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and ownership groups.Lead project meetings and ensure alignment across all stakeholders.Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and scope alignment.Utilize Procore and Bluebeam to track documentation and project progress.Monitor project quality, safety, and schedule adherence.Support multiple projects as part of a collaborative PM team.
