They've been in business for over 30 years and throughout the years have created a strong reputation in the market. They are extremely diversified in what they build which allows them to maintain a strong backlog. They touch all market sectors but have a strong pipeline of commercial and multifamily at the moment. They're looking to grow over the next 5 years and need to hire multiple Project Managers they can train and develop. They like to promote from within so there is opportunity for quick growth in this position.Job DescriptionManage all phases of multifamily construction projects, from pre-construction to close-out. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project goals are met. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise promptly. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Oversee procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project completion. Provide clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, keeping them informed of project developments. Experience working on multifamily construction projects, including renovation and ground up. Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, market conditions, and subcontractor trades. Proficiency in software and project management tools. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
