About the Job:

The Project Manager Mission Critical at Choate Construction is responsible for leading the successful delivery of complex data center and mission critical projects, where precision, reliability, and accountability are non-negotiable. This role partners closely with owners, designers, and field leaders to manage scope, schedule, cost, and risk while ensuring alignment with stringent performance, redundancy, and commissioning requirements. As a relationship-driven leader and professional solution-finder, the Project Manager champions Choates safety culture, protects project outcomes, and delivers high-quality work that safeguards both people and reputation.

Skills and Qualifications:

• You possess at least 5 years experience in Mission Critical projects.
• You can demonstrate you have championed Safety as an onsite leader on a consistent basis.
• You can demonstrate that you have lead the planning, executing and delivery of mission critical projects ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, quality, and safety standards from preconstruction through closeout
• You have managed all project financials, including budgeting, cost forecasting, change management, buyout, pay applications, and financial reporting.
• You have coordinated closely with Superintendents and field teams to ensure constructability, sequencing, logistics planning, and alignment between design intent and field execution.
• You have led trade partner procurement, contract administration, and performance management, ensuring scope clarity and accountability.
