JOB REQUIREMENTS: Wisconsin Electric Power, a subsidiary of WEC Energy
Group, is seeking a Project Manager (Engineer) in our Milwaukee, WI
locations for the Power Generation Project Department. This position
currently offers flexibility for a hybrid work arrangement
(remote/on-site) with time spent at the office or at a job site. This
position is part of a job family (Associate Engineer, Engineer, and
Senior Engineer) where experience will be the determining factor. About

you. Job Summary Project Engineers are responsible for managing
engineering project assignments of moderate scope and complexity in
support of facility and field operations. Job Responsibilities Manage
capital projects across our Power Generation Fleet territory, which
could entail work at Gas Storage, Wind, Solar, or Fossil Fuel sites.
Collaborate with and manage contractors for project and labor needs.
Lead scope development to include: analysis and recommendations of
design options, recommendations for structures, systems and components,
preparation of engineering designs, material and constructions
specifications and cost estimates, review of internal and external
construction plans and implementation of construction activities for
more complex projects. Develop project budgets, schedules, and reporting
of financial performance including periodic project updates. Lead vendor
selection based on project needs, serve as safety liaison to projects,
and serve as point of contact for project activities. Develop project
authorization requests (PAR) and attend senior leadership project team
