Job Summary
The Facilities Planning Department is a multi-disciplinary office providing design, planning, and construction services for all campus communities. We maintain the Universitys Master Plan, assist in space planning and tracking, and coordinate the Universitys annual capital outlay and MRR requests.
This individual supervises the work of others, including planning, assigning, and scheduling work, reviewing work and ensuring quality standards, training staff, and overseeing productivity. This individual sets goals and determines how to accomplish results with few or no guidelines to follow, although precedents may exist. The supervisor/manager provides broad guidance and overall direction. A Project Manager in this classification must possess supervisory, project management, communication, and public relations skills, as they interact continually with faculty, staff, students, and the public.
Responsibilities include technical staff work in determining the costs of alteration, repair, and construction projects. Responsible for planning, estimating, overseeing, and coordinating projects involving new construction as well as modification, renovation, and repairs to ensure adequate facilities to support the educational mission of the University.

Proposed Salary
This position is a pay grade 10. The available salary range is $60,868.00 to $91,358.00. Starting salary within this range is based on relevant years of experience.
