The Project Manager will oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role will involve close coordination with teams, contractors, and stakeholders in the property industry in Miami.

- Plan and manage construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets and ensure financial accountability.
- Develop and maintain project schedules to meet deadlines.
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve successful outcomes.
