As the Global Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and delivering complex, large‑scale projects across global supply and operations, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Description
Reporting directly into the General Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Lead multiple complex, cross‑functional projects across supply, operations and related business areas.
- Manage full project lifecycles from initiation and planning through execution, deployment and close out.
- Define and control project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks and change requests.
- Build and motivate cross‑regional project teams, providing clear direction and hands‑on leadership when required.
- Ensure projects are aligned with strategic business objectives and deliver measurable value.
- Manage stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, providing clear status updates and insights.
- Oversee governance, reporting, documentation and performance tracking against agreed milestones.
- Identify, mitigate and resolve project risks and issues, maintaining focus on critical path activities.
- Drive continuous improvement by developing and embedding project management standards, tools and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with commercial, operational and supply chain teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Profile
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline required
- PMP Certification required.
- Experience with ISO-13485, ISO-9001.
- Experience in the life science, medical device, or other highly regulated space.
- Proven experience delivering complex projects within manufacturing, engineering or operational environments.
- Strong track record of managing multiple stakeholders and influencing across global or matrix organizations.
- Solid understanding of structured project governance, risk management and change control.
- Knowledge of quality and compliance standards.
- Confident communicator, able to present clearly to senior leaders.
- Highly organized, proactive and solutions‑focused, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
