The Project Manager / Project Engineer will support and/or lead the planning, coordination, and execution of masonry and restoration projects from preconstruction through closeout. Description
- Assist in managing all phases of construction projects, including preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams
- Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Track project costs, change orders, RFIs, and submittals
- Support procurement and subcontractor management
- Monitor project schedules and proactively identify risks or delays
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to project specifications
- Assist in project closeout, documentation, and turnover
- Contribute to maintaining strong client relationships and repeat business
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
- 1-6+ years of experience in construction (project engineering or project management)
- Experience or exposure to masonry, façade restoration, concrete, or historic preservation strongly preferred
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar)
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, team-oriented environments
Job Offer
