Description

Project Leadership

  • Manage luxury retail construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
  • Ensure delivery on schedule, within budget, and to brand standards.

Client & Team Coordination

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, designers, and contractors.
  • Facilitate communication and project updates across all stakeholders.

Construction Oversight

  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site activities.
  • Monitor progress and resolve issues to keep projects on track.

Budget & Schedule Management

  • Track project costs, forecasts, schedules, and change orders.
  • Identify risks and implement solutions to prevent delays.

Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure all work meets luxury retail design standards, safety requirements, and building codes.
  • Manage inspections, punch lists, and project closeout activities.

Profile

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture

Experience

  • 1-5 years of experience in commercial construction with a General Contractor
  • Exposure to projects such as retail, commercial construction preferred

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, MS Project)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
  • Experience working in the South Florida / Miami construction market
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
