Description
Manage luxury retail interior construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Coordinate budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communications
Travel periodically to project sites to oversee progress and resolve issues
Utilise Procore and Bluebeam to manage project documentation and reporting
Support estimating, procurement, and project planning as needed
Profile
A successful Project Manager - Luxury Retail Construction should have:
2-5 years of experience in commercial construction project management
Background in luxury retail, high-end interiors, or premium commercial projects
Experience working independently in a remote environment
Strong problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills
Ability and willingness to travel throughout project lifecycles
