PROJECT MANAGER
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Longmont, CO. As a project manager, you will mainly work in an office setting. You will help our construction team meet the needs of our valued and high-profile clients. The position requires the ability to communicate effectively with our clients, vendors, and sub-contractors to ensure our work not only meets but exceeds expectations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Assume overall responsibility for a profitable, well-constructed, safe project. Supervise lead and provide guidance to a team. Comprehensive understanding and execution of Project Controls as it relates to estimating, takeoffs, planning, progress tracking, cost management, reporting, scheduling, change, and risk management, and project closeout. Ensure that work is completed on time, within budget, and meets quality expectations.
Initiate, establish, and maintain working relationships with project stakeholders, such as owners, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors, to facilitate construction activities. Lead meetings and conference calls with project stakeholders. Experience with estimating, HeavyBid, and/or Bid-To-Win preferred. Experience with scheduling, Primavera P6, is preferred. Microsoft projects is acceptable. Oversee monthly invoicing, financials, accruals, and forecasting. Closely communicate with internal support groups. Resolve escalated issues that require coordination with other departments. Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
