Tyler Nebraska is seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of key initiatives. This role requires a motivated professional who can manage multiple priorities, collaborate across teams, and ensure successful outcomes for our partners and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, delivery, and ongoing product support
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative partnerships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring alignment and transparency
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to deliver modern, efficient, and high-impact government solutions
- Lead backlog grooming sessions and facilitate requirements refinement with cross-functional teams
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and functional specifications
- Collaborate with development teams to drive product enhancements and ensure successful implementation
- Develop a product vision, roadmap, and functionality in collaboration with partners that can be understood by both technical and non-technical audiences
- Develop and maintain accurate, high-quality product and technical documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve the usability, adoption, and long-term sustainability of products
- Manage stakeholder expectations while executing with integrity, accountability, and attention to detail
- Oversee integration and development activities in coordination with technical teams
- Develop a strong understanding of partner business processes to inform product direction
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholder groups
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and detail-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms
- Experience working with government or public sector projects
