Location: Lincoln, NE - Hybrid
Your Responsibilities:
Plan and analyze assigned projects, establish schedules and project parameters, and set procedures to accomplish system objectives, involving complex contracting applications
Review project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project
Establish work plan and staffing for each phase of project and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel as required/necessary
Confer with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority
Coordinate project activities regarding government regulatory or other governmental agencies such as required project permitting
Review status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedules or plans as required including generating tasks, estimates, dependencies; milestones, Project Analysis through required project documentation such as AIA
Establish a professional relationship with the customer and interface constantly to maintain accurate status reports and project reviews
Prepare project reports for management, clients, or others
Responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the forecasted cost at completion
Responsible for timely completion of assigned projects and customer satisfaction
Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with customers and assigned staff
Obtain acceptance and timely sign-off of the project by the customer
Responsible for the successful completion of the project
Assist Coordinator in obtaining required sub-contract Agreements or project documents required for file
Your Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
4-6+ years of Project Management experience
Commercial HVAC industry experience
Experience in design-build or plan-and-spec project management (preferred)
Professional Engineering or Project Management Certificate (preferred)

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $80,400 to $136,800 plus annual bonus in Nebraska. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
