They are known for delivering high-quality light industrial, mission critical, and commercial ground up builds, and fostering a professional and results-oriented work environment.Glimpse of your role:Manage all phases of industrial, mission critical, and/or commercial construction projects from initiation to completion.Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays promptly.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.Coordinate procurement and delivery of necessary materials and resources.Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction activities and ensure quality control.Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status and performance.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
