Description

  • Lead project execution from buyout through closeout
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and overall performance
  • Oversee subcontractor procurement and contract administration
  • Coordinate activities between field and office teams
  • Foster strong client relationships
  • Drive successful project delivery

Profile

  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • Strong light industrial or warehouse construction background
  • Proven experience managing large project budgets
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Knowledge of Procore and construction scheduling software
