Known for its lean structure and trusted field leadership, the business delivers technically demanding projects with speed and accountability.As the Project Manager, you will take full ownership of a major ground-up cold storage project, reporting directly to senior operational leadership. You will be responsible for delivery from preconstruction through close-out.Lead all aspects of project execution, ensuring schedule, cost, and quality targets are met. Manage subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams in a design and build environment. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, change management, and cost reporting. Drive coordination across design, procurement, and construction activities. Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact. Enforce safety, quality control, and compliance standards on site. Provide mentorship and direction to Assistant Project Managers where applicable.
