Overview:

Xerox is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in the development and delivery of next-generation A3 and A4 products. This role is responsible for driving execution across the full product lifecycle, from concept through launch and post-release support, while ensuring alignment across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and product teams. The successful candidate will bring strong project management expertise, technical acumen, and experience leading complex global programs in a matrixed environment.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead end-to-end project execution from concept, development, launch, and post-release support
  • Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, budgets, and resource plans
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Mechanical, Electrical, Firmware, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality functions
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and cost impacts throughout the development lifecycle
  • Drive build planning activities, including model planning, part ordering, and product allocation for testing
  • Communicate project status, risks, milestones, and decisions to stakeholders and leadership
  • Manage scope, schedule, budget, and resource constraints to achieve program objectives
  • Ensure alignment with Xerox development processes and product delivery requirements

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in Engineering, Project Management, or a combination of both
  • Experience supporting new product development and product testing processes
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional engineering teams in a matrixed environment
  • Strong communication, organizational, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
