Responsibilities & Expectations:
As a Project Manager Level II, you will oversee moderately complex projects, ensuring quality, safety, and budgetary compliance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, and ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and project delivery. This role includes opportunities to develop leadership skills and improve operational efficiencies.
Project Leadership
Manage mid-sized projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Act as the primary contact for customer communication during project execution.
Project Coordination
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines and budgets.
Perform estimating tasks and input information into the quoting system.
Oversee key project tasks and assign responsibilities to team members.
Documentation and Reporting
Generate detailed reports on project status and metrics for stakeholders.
Maintain project schedules, risk logs, and all other required documentation.
Safety and Compliance
Ensure compliance with safety standards, conduct audits and address issues as needed.
Integrate sustainable practices into project planning and execution.
Risk Management
Identify potential project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with customers, contractors, and engineers to resolve challenges.
Foster teamwork and maintain alignment on project goals.
