Description
The Project Manager - Large-Scale Projects - NoVA will:
Lead all phases of construction for large-scale projects ($30M-$150M+), with a focus on a $70M+ school build
Manage day-to-day on-site operations, spending the majority of time in the field (4-5 days per week)
Drive project schedules, budgets, and quality while ensuring profitability targets are achieved
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business
Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
Oversee documentation, reporting, and project tracking using platforms such as Procore
Identify and mitigate risks while maintaining safety and compliance standards
Profile
The Project Manager - Large-Scale Projects - NoVA will have:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
5-10 years of construction experience, including at least 2+ years as a Project Manager
Proven experience managing projects valued at $30M+
Background in K-12, higher education, federal, or public works projects strongly preferred
Strong employment tenure and demonstrated track record of successful project delivery
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Experience with Procore or similar construction management software preferred
