Description

As the Project Manager, you will report into a senior construction leader and take full ownership of project delivery from pre-construction through close-out.

  • Lead the planning, execution, and financial performance of commercial construction projects
  • Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and internal site teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
  • Review drawings, specifications, estimates, and contracts to ensure scope accuracy and risk mitigation
  • Act as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and key stakeholders
  • Oversee change management, cost forecasting, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance are embedded on site
  • Build strong relationships that drive repeat business and client satisfaction

Profile

For the Project Manager, we are seeking:

  • Proven experience delivering mid-to-large scale commercial construction projects
  • Strong background with ground-up and complex builds
  • Solid understanding of construction financials, cost controls, and scheduling
  • Ability to interpret construction drawings and contract documents with confidence
  • Experience managing subcontractors and cross-functional site teams
  • Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office
  • A leadership style that balances accountability, collaboration, and clear communication
