With a strong portfolio of multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial developments, the company has earned a reputation for delivering quality projects, fostering long-term client relationships, and providing employees with outstanding career growth opportunities.Job DescriptionManage all phases of multifamily construction projects, from preconstruction through occupancy and project closeout. Oversee site development activities including earthwork, utilities, stormwater management, roadways, grading, and infrastructure installation. Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts. Lead subcontractor procurement, contract negotiations, and buyout processes. Coordinate with civil engineers, architects, municipalities, utility providers, and regulatory agencies. Review drawings, specifications, and project documents for constructability and risk mitigation. Monitor project costs, approve invoices, and manage change orders. Maintain proactive communication with ownership groups, developers, and project stakeholders. Work closely with field leadership to ensure project milestones and production goals are achieved. Identify and resolve project challenges while minimizing impacts to cost and schedule. Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reporting to clients and company leadership. Ensure compliance with company safety standards, local regulations, and quality control requirements. Strong experience managing site development and civil construction scopes. Proven ability to manage projects ranging from approximately $10M-$75M+ in total value. Working knowledge of sitework, utilities, grading, stormwater systems, and municipal approvals. Experience with project budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, and cost controls. Strong understanding of construction contracts, subcontractor management, and change order processes. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Excel, and similar construction management platforms. Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
