Project Manager Job Description
The Project Manager Position will support all Kitchen Tune-Up locations across Central and Northeast Wisconsin. This is a full-time salary position supporting the sales, operations and installation teams. Performance bonuses available. This position has a career path to Operations Manager.
 
Role Priorities:
1. Project Scheduling: Team members scheduled on the calendar to maximize output within target metrics. Match skill , availability, and projects in line with materials, geography, and other schedules
2. Ordering materials, building orders, staging supplies, supporting the team - ensuring they have everything needed to get the jobs done within the plan and timeline
3. Customer and Employee interaction - Ensure all are on the same page at all times. Ensure dates and job details are all communicated clearly.
4. Measures - detailed job measurements to order supplies and build orders

 
Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the scheduling and coordination of the installers and installation team. This position would be responsible for tracking skills, job needs, and who can go when and where - the daily management of the installation team schedule.
  • Ensure each customer project has all supplies, tools and labor necessary to complete the project
  • Be an active presence on each job site working with sales rep and installer teams to start projects and follow through to completion
  • Run errands for customer job and office supplies as needed
  • Maintain monthly output targets. Ensure that we close the correct amount of jobs to hit our monthly goals required for completed closed jobs and overhead
  • Maintain target job margins. Ensure that the labor and materials for each job are within our required standard and the resulting gross profit margin goals are met
  • Maintain and control costs associated with overtime, supplies, tools, etc to specified operating parameters
  • Submit finished project details to the corporate office
  • Interact with customers while coordinating project details and also addressing and easing any concerns that arise
  • Coordinate and schedule measure and install dates with customers
  • Coordinate and schedule labor resources for customer installations
  • Use our vendor and supplier ordering systems to order supplies and materials accurately and timely
  • Review installation and project details and coordinate job duties and timing with installers, contractors, vendors, etc.
  • Measure in the customers’ homes for all job components and materials to be ordered
  • Build material order for each project per custom specifications
  • Detailed data entry for customer job specific materials
  • Receive deliveries, confirm accuracy, and stage items for projects
  • Organize Shop inventory and supplies 
  • Use our CRM system to track customer contacts, data and appointments
  • Suggest and propose ideas on how to automate or improve data, analytics and operations
  • Perform other duties as needed

Compensation: $62,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
