Project Manager - K-12 ConstructionManage projects from award through final completion. Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts. Lead communication between owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams. Oversee subcontractor procurement, buyout, and contract administration. Monitor project financial performance and identify opportunities to improve results. Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation. Support preconstruction efforts, estimating reviews, and constructability analysis. Coordinate closely with Superintendents to ensure schedule, quality, and safety goals are achieved. Strong experience managing K-12, municipal, higher education, and/or healthcare construction projects. Experience leading projects ranging from approximately $5M to $50M+. Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, contract management, and project controls. Ability to build lasting relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Stable work history demonstrating career progression and long-term commitment. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.Competitive salary ranging from $121,600 to $153,200 USD annually. Annual discretionary bonus program.
